The place was high-class and nicely appointed and the staff were exceptionally helpful, the location was ideal in a very privileged area of Porto about 10 minutes by car from the Ribeira. I liked the room with a balcony. The services were very good. I stayed 4 nights and will be back when visiting Portugal.

We had a very nice stay and would stay there again, really enjoyed it. The hotel staff were pretty friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very very good with plenty of goodies. Easy access to Francisco Sa Carneiro airport, which was about 20 minutes' drive away.

The hotel was big size, with superfriendly and affable staff and beautiful location in a dull area. Location: the venue was really close to bus lines as well as beach and rooftop terrace. Plus it was 10 mins drive from Lago do Passeio Alegre.
The staff were unbelievably rude, didn't expect that coming.

The location was stunning and amazing, if you need to be close to a castle and a fortress. The room was cosy with 2 x single beds instead of 1 x double bed, terrace, as example, had a good night's sleep.
